Christopher W. Keelty, Esq.
Mr. Keelty is a graduate of Calvert Hall College High School (1994) and Mount Saint Mary's College (now University) (B.S., 1998) where he was a double major in Business and Finance and Spanish. He began his legal career by attending the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law (J.D., 2002). While in law school Mr. Keelty served as the law clerk to the Honorable James T. Smith, Jr. (Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland 2001). Upon graduation from law school Mr. Keelty became the law clerk for the Honorable J. Norris Byrnes (Circuit Court for Baltimore County, Maryland 2002-2003). Currently, Mr. Keelty's duties include managing the daily operations of the company, performing title examinations, and performing settlements. Chester H. Hobbs, IV, Esq.
Mr. Hobbs is a graduate of the University of Baltimore (B.A., 1984) and the University of Baltimore School of Law (J.D., 1987; L.L.M. in taxation, 2004). In addition to being a partner at Bodie, Mr. Hobbs has taught estate and trust law at Stevenson University in Stevenson, Maryland. Currently Mr. Hobbs practices estate and trust law, corporate law and bankruptcy law. He also handles commercial and residential real estate transactions for Lawyer's Choice Title, LLC. Carol Stultz
Mrs. Stultz is a graduate of Villa Julie College (now Stevenson University) where she obtained her degree in paralegal studies (A.A., 1984). She has over 30 years in the real estate industry managing title companies, processing and settling transactions. Mrs. Stultz is licensed to perform settlements in the state of Maryland.
